Yes – Awesome! They will be included in the yearbook (assuming you filled out FERPA form… see below)!

No – Send us a picture from home and we will include it!

FERPA

Have you turned in your FERPA Form? This form is required and allows your student’s picture to be included in the Alki Yearbook.

If you have returned to In-Person Learning, the FERPA form was part of your required forms to be turned in.

If you still need to turn in your FERPA, please open the file below, fill it out, and save it with your child’s first initial last name. We ask that you then send this form to Amey Nutter alnutter@seattleschools.org in the school office office to update your records.  Download the FERPA Form here.
